Things to know before we start

WebhostingIf you don’t have a hosting account yet, please ask us first for a good solution. Or if you’re willing to give up the actual hosting company and looking for a better services, please contact us and we will offer free counseling regarding the hosting. We can recommend a professional hosting company if you don’t have one in mind. In the case that you want to make your choice please make sure the hosting company you chose offers the minimal requirements for your needs.

Domain transfer or website migration

Domain Transfer or Website MigrationIf you already have a domain and you want to transfer it to a new host, contact us first for more information on how to do it in case you’re also migration you website. There is a standard procedure on how domains are transferred and we must make sure we have a full backup of your website’s files and databases.

The Contact Email Accounts

The Contact Email AccountsThe same goes for email accounts. Before you start any domain changes make sure you have backed-up your email accounts, messages, address books, important attachments. Create or use a secondary email address as a temporary communication tool until migration is completed. Also 48 hours before starting the migration, don’t forget to announce your family, friends and customers about the temporary email address and ask them NOT to write on your usual email account until you message to them again. Why? Because during the migration you might lose important messages from family or customers. If they write to the secondary address, then you don’t lose anything.

Please provide us with a list of email addresses that you would like to have in connection with the web site. Or, where it’s the case, provide a list of email accounts that should be created, deleted or backed-up.

The Payment Terms

Bank TransferWe accept payments via bank transfer. After you book us for a project, we expect you to make an upfront payment of 50% of the total amount we agree on. These terms are not negotiable. No project will be started without the upfront payment. Please read our Terms and Conditions, too.

Note: For long-term SEO campaign we accept payment in rates if the amount exceeds €2,000. A single rate cannot be smaller than €500 and it’s payable during three consecutive months.

Customer Communication

Customer CommunicationWe only communicate via email and Skype where it’s the case. Please do not ask us to use other instant messaging systems. We use email as primary communication channel, in this way we have all in written and we can’t make any mistakes. We reply emails in 24 hours during the week (usually instantly between 9AM – 9PM GMT) and 48 hours during the weekend. If there is anything else you would like to know, please contact us and we will offer assistance.
