A photograph is not just a representation of what one sees in reality. It often represents something that is not seen by an ordinary observer.
THE LANGUAGE OF AN IMAGE
A photograph is said to be worth a thousand words, because there are feelings, sensations, perceptions which can not be described with the words provided by the dictionary. Although the art of taking pictures may be just a game for some, others take it pretty seriously, turning it into a 9 to who-knows-what-hour job, combining their passion and their wish to offer something to the world.
MULTIPLE PASSION PHOTOGRAPHY
Whether we’re talking about nature, portraits, landscapes, abstract or black and white photography, it takes only a finger to press the button. But a smart eye will be indeed needed to be able to capture a special moment. Technology has its credits in the photography business, but sometimes not even the latest or most expensive camera can make you an artist. You can give away some megapixels, but never the vision of a truly inspired photographer.
Photography said “bye-bye” a long time ago to the snapshot used only to remind us of our social reunions. An image can now hide symbols, motifs and create sensations, becoming an original way to express oneself.
